Schedule for IT purchases 2025

Update as of 24 November 2025: The acceptance of all requests for IT/AV equipment purchases for the year 2025 was closed on 24 November. Thank you for your understanding.

In relation to PK 02/2025 Accounting closing 2025 we will organize IT purchases using this schedule.

The schedule reflects the deadline for submitting invoices to the accounting department for a given order.

In the case of earlier invoice submission deadlines (paid from grants and other earmarked funds) it is necessary to adjust the deadline for submitting requests for the purchase of equipment accordingly.

Schedule towards the end of year 2025

Requirements for securing the relevant equipment must be entered into the ezadanka.vse.cz system and then deliver the printed and signed Internal Request Form with stamps.
