Software Recording
All software purchased at VŠE must be recorded/registered at the Informatics Centre (CI).
Registration procedure
If a department acquires software independently (purchase, donation, etc.), it is required to submit it to the ITC for registration along with the following documents:
- accompanying letter to the order or request form with cost center stamps,
- invoice or internal card payment document (for online purchases),
- license agreement, donation letter, or other relevant document.
The Informatics Centre will enter the acquired software into the software register. The registration of the software will be confirmed by a CI employee with their signature on the invoice settlement sheet, stating the software registration number. The CI will hand over the software for use against the signature of the guaranteed software employee and the cost center stamp.
