Printing issues caused by Windows update

Update for Microsoft Windows KB5000822 (released 10th of March) may cause problems when printing on some types of printers, if you see a so-called blue screen of death (BSOD) during printing, please contact Helpdesk of the Informatics Center.

Updated 4/21/2021:
According to Microsoft and internal testing within the Informatics Center, the issue should now be fixed by applying the April Windows updates. April updates for Windows are distributed automatically for computers with a standard school installation.
