I cannot connect to eduroam, who will help me with setup?
See the Common Connectivity Issues, read the  Eduroam Setup Instructions for your operating system.
If you are still unable to connect, come with your device to the Help Desk of the Informatics Centre, where our employees will help you with the configuration.

Why does my web browser redirect me to https://netreg.vse.cz/?
The device from which you wish to access the Internet is not registered in the VŠE network.
If it is a computer in the office, log in to netreg with your username and password for InSIS and fill in the registration (usually within 15 minutes after registration the connectivity will work). Instructions for registration can be found
If it is a computer in the classroom, contact the Help Desk.
