Windows/Office notifies me I do not have a valid license; how do I renew my license?
Licenses are always allocated for 180 days. If the device is connected to the VŠE network, the licenses are automatically renewed. For devices not connected to the VŠE network, the license can be renewed manually (follow the instructions here, or contact the Help Desk).

How to solve the problem with insufficient C: \ disk space?
In most cases, this is caused by a buildup of Windows service files. Usually it is enough to just delete the contents of the Temp folder at C:\Windows\Temp \, or contact the helpdesk.

How do I get an Office 365 license?
During their term at VŠE, students and employees are entitled to up to 5 installations of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus. Detailed information and instructions on how to perform the installation can be found here. Note the license assignment may take up to 48 hours after opening your account in InSIS.

How do I install/update software that is not part of a standard school installation?
If you have administrator rights on the device, you can install the software without restrictions. For standard users, installable applications are available via the “Network Installations”shortcut found on the desktop. Otherwise, contact the Help Desk.

 What licensed software is available for VŠE employees?
