Instructions for online ordering the ISIC electronic revalidation sticker

Step 1. Online ordering and payment of the ISIC electronic revalidation sticker

Only students enrolled in full-time (on-site) study programmes whose ISIC license is not older than 9 years may place an order and make payment for the electronic ISIC revalidation sticker. If your ISIC license is older than 9 years, you are required to obtain a completely new card that will be issued with a new license.

Combined and distance learning students are not eligible for an ISIC revalidation sticker and are not allowed to order one!

The prices shown in the graphic for online ordering and payment for electronic revalidation sticker are for illustrative purposes only. Valid price is based on the price list listed here.

If the order is not paid for within 14 days of being placed (funds for the order are not credited to the school’s account), it will be automatically cancelled. In this case, the user will be forced to create a new order.

6. Select payment for the order

You can choose the method of payment for the ordered electronic revalidation sticker. The order can be paid online by credit/debit card via the payment gateway, or by transferring funds from your bank account to the VŠE account.

We recommend using online payment via the payment gateway, as the money is credited to the VŠE account within a few minutes and your order is processed immediately. If you choose a bank transfer, the time from making the payment order to crediting the VŠE account may take up to three working days.

If you pay using the InSIS payment gateway (online card payment), the payment is credited within the following time frames:

  • Payment made between 04:00 – 21:00 – revalidation in the Alive App system should be completed within approx. 15 minutes.

  • Payment made between 21:00 – 04:00 – revalidation in the Alive App system should be completed within approx. 2 hours.

If you choose to pay for the electronic revalidation by bank transfer (including instant transfer), revalidation in the Alive App system will take place on the following working day after the payment has been credited to the VŠE account. Please note that this process may take up to three working days, as under Czech law banks are allowed this maximum time for executing a bank transfer.

7. Fill in the required details in the payment gateway and make the payment

If you choose the online payment method, fill in the necessary details and make the payment.

8. Choice of payment by bank transfer

If you choose to transfer funds from your account to the VŠE account as your payment method, you can view a generated QR code for your payment, which can be used to quickly enter the payment via mobile banking on your phone. Step 2. Electronic Revalidation Process

Depending on the selected payment method for the electronic revalidation, the revalidation will be recorded in the GTS Alive system, after which the validity will be displayed in the Alive App. The user will also receive an informational email. At this stage, the ordered and paid revalidation cannot be cancelled and the paid amount cannot be refunded. Upon crediting the relevant amount for the electronic ISIC card revalidation to the bank account of the Prague University of Economics and Business, the revalidation is activated without delay and the revalidation service is deemed to have been duly provided and consumed by the user.
